Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
•This policy applies to all appointments
•Deposits are non refundable.
•Appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a rebooking fee totaling 100% of the missed service.
•Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours are subject to a rebooking fee up to 50% of the missed service
•All rebooking fees must be paid in full prior to rescheduling the missed appointment.
•The service is still provided at the original cost.
